Luke makes his feelings known and ‘needs must’ is the free agent answer
Swansea City head coach, Luke Williams, has given his opinion of what he believes may lay ahead for his Swansea side. Talking yesterday afternoon, and a good few hours after we reported that Liam Cullen was receiving some pretty urgent treatment on his ankle, Williams took on a more thoughtful journey when talking about new players. At last he concedes this season is going to be a learning exercise for Swansea City, and IF the new players brought in can gel together, we will have a good season.
That has alarmed a lot of Swans fans, however this is what Luke has said. “Are there going to be some ups and downs this season? I am pretty sure there is. I don’t think at the moment we are in a place where we have got an obvious group to challenge at the very peak of the Championship. I think that would be a silly thing for me to say. But have we got a group that I think can have a really good season ? Yes.
