Predicted Hull City team to face Norwich City as Tim Walter faces selection conundrum
The Tigers are in East Anglia on Saturday looking to go into the international break on the back of a fourth victory
Hull City head coach Tim Walter must decide whether or not to make changes to his side for Saturday’s visit to Norwich City as the Tigers go in search of a fourth straight league win.
The German head coach made three changes to his side at QPR on Tuesday night, bringing in Xavier Simons, Liam Millar and Kasey Palmer at the expense of Oscar Zambrano, Marvin Mehlem and Abdus Omur, with the trio dropping to the bench, before coming on in the second half of City’s 3-1 Loftus Road success.
Those changes which came after City thumped Cardiff City 4-1 last Saturday were purely based on rotation, with Walter keen to freshen things up in a three-game week and keep his players active, and motivated.
And they worked, with Simons delivering a steady performance in the middle of the park, and Millar displaying his best performance yet in Black and Amber and bagging his first goal, but the clash with the Canaries will pose an altogether more difficult challenge, though Zambrano’s introduction with Mehlem in the second half saw City wrestle back control having lost it.
