Stoke City take on Sheffield United at Bramall Lane this weekend in their latest Championship outing.
Stoke City head into their upcoming match on the back of their 2-2 draw with Bristol City last time out. They led 2-0 against the Robins but weren’t able to hold on for the win in the end.
The Potters turned to former Huddersfield Town and Norwich City number two Narcis Pelach after cutting ties with Steven Schumacher just five games into this season.

As per a report by StokeOnTrentLive, Stoke City are hoping that midfielder Wouter Burger can return against Sheffield United. He sat out against Bristol City and Pelach has said: “I wish, I hope, fingers crossed. He was not available. We tried to force it but it was not right so we will see. We’ll have to assess him but I expect him to come back.”
Elsewhere, Sam Gallagher, Bosun Lawal, Lynden Gooch and Ben Pearson are unavailable.
