Members News: Reminder- Marcus Hall’s Our Sky Blue ‘Special’ Today For Hatters Game
Just to remind you that the Association’s ‘special guest’ in a couple of hours or so at the Sky Blues important Championship contest with Luton Town at the CBS Arena is home grown two-time Sky Blue full back Marcus Hall. Marcus will be hoping to see the Sky Blues turn the corner after five defeats in their last seven games after their disappointing 1-1 draw at Shepherd’s Bush last Tuesday night at Queens Park Rangers!
‘Coventry kid’ Marcus, who first joined the Sky Blues from Coventry Schools in 1992 as an apprentice, quickly rose to the ranks of first team professional debuting in the Premier League against Tottenham Hotspur in December 1994. He also subsequently gained England Under 21 and ‘B’ International honours too.
Marcus was a regular visitor to the Sky Blues games at the Ricoh prior to the Covid epidemic and our period of exile at Birmingham City (where he was our ‘special’ last time out in 2020) and has visited the CBS a number of times since to support the Sky Blues.

He will be in the Sky Blues supporters’ lounges in the main stand in the CBS Arena doing Q&As with fellow CCFPA member and the club’s matchday host Brian ‘Harry’ Roberts (and a member of the current CCFC squad) as well as meeting a fair number of our other FPs who will be attending the game.
