I joined Sheffield Wednesday for more playing time but Danny Rohl is refusing to pick me.
One Sheffield Wednesday player is likely to already be regretting his decision to move to Hillsborough amid struggles for playing time.
After narrowly avoiding relegation in the 2023/24 season, Danny Rohl was keen to strengthen his squad over the summer to ensure his side did not face a similar problem this time around.
11 new players were brought to Hillsborough in the most recent transfer window, some of which have fared better than others.
Following a successful loan spell last term, Ike Ugbo is now the second-worst player in the Championship this season after returning to Yorkshire on a permanent basis.
On a more positive note, Yan Valery was the difference-maker for Sheffield Wednesday vs Portsmouth recently.
Meanwhile, Sheffield Wednesday fans are yet to see too much of free-agent signing Nathaniel Chalobah after he made the move from West Bromwich Albion.
Rohl recently confirmed Chalobah could return this month after picking up a muscle injury that has limited his playing time.

But while the midfielder has been kept out due to injury, Charlie McNeill is finding minutes hard to come by at Wednesday due to no fault of his own.
