West Brom hoping 25-year-old can return to training ahead of Burnley game.
West Brom are hoping Gianluca Frabotta can return to training on Wednesday, as detailed in a report by the Express & Star.
West Brom’s defender has emerged as a doubt for their game against Burnley at The Hawthorns on Thursday night. He is currently struggling recently with a groin issue.

Frabotta, 25, made the switch to the Baggies in the last transfer window from Juventus to add more competition and depth to their defensive department. He has since made four appearances in all competitions for the Championship side, three of which have come in the league.
In this latest update regarding his condition by the Express & Star, Carlos Corberan has a decision to make about whether to include him against the Clarets if he is able to train beforehand.
West Brom drew 1-1 away at Luton Town last Friday and will want to return to winning ways against Scott Parker’s side.
The Baggies won’t want to rush Frabotta back in to avoid making his issue any worse.
Callum Styles played in his position against Luton Town in their last outing.

West Brom snapped up the ex-Italy youth international this past summer to boost their ranks but he hasn’t quite managed to have a consistent run in the team yet.
Frabotta played for Consalvo and Savio as a youngster before rising up through the academy ranks at Bologna.
He never played for the Serie A side though and was loaned out to Renate and Pordenone to get some experience before Juventus signed him.

The Rome-born man then went on to play 18 times for the Italian giants, as well as being shipped out to Hellas Verona, Frosinone, Bari and Consenza to boost his development.
Frabotta found a new permanent home with West Brom and left Italy for the first time in his career to get out of his comfort zone. He made his debut on the opening day as they won away at QPR.
What now?
The Baggies need to hit form again and are clinging on to their place in the play-offs by a thread with the likes of Middlesbrough, Millwall and Blackburn Rovers chasing them down.
Corberan’s men have drawn their last five outings on the spin and need to turn these draws into wins.
They are also winless in their last seven fixtures so need to be more ruthless in front of goal.
