Matheus Cunha makes Ruben Neves suggestion Wolves fans everywhere will agree with.
Wolves are finally off the mark with their first win in the Premier League, beating Southampton on Saturday at Molineux.
The game was must-win for Gary O’Neil going into the international break, and Wanderers finally got three points on the board to take them up to 18th.
It was yet another highly impactful performance from Matheus Cunha at Molineux.
It did not take him long to affect the game, as he burst through the middle to play in Pablo Sarabia, who put Wolves 1-0 up.
In the second-half, Cunha then brought supporters to their feet as he found the corner with a stunning drive from 25 yards.
That was a goal former captain Ruben Neves would likely have been very proud of, and the Portuguese just so happened to be in attendance yesterday.
After the game, Cunha acknowledged the presence of his former teammate.

Yesterday was the first time Neves had been back at Molineux to watch a game since his £47 million transfer to Saudi club Al-Hilal.
At the moment, Neves is on the sidelines with a knee injury, which he recently had surgery for.
Neves was in attendance at Molineux for the win over Southampton, and fans often sang his name.
Neves remains a hugely popular figure at Molineux – and not just for supporters.
Cunha said after the 2-0 win: “I think we need to bring him here more because he gave us luck! He was so important when I first came here and he helped me a lot.
“He was the captain at the point and he helped everyone. A lot of the guys who are here now, they came in when he was the captain, and he helped everyone.
“Hopefully he’s happy because he’s always supported us, and I hope he can come back many more times to give us luck.”

Cunha comes in clutch
So Wolves finally got their first win against Southampton, and any other result did not bear thinking about.
Wolves were not particularly great. But Southampton, for all their possession, just didn’t threaten Jose Sa. Indeed, the Saints did not have a single shot on target from nine attempts.
Thankfully, Wolves have players capable of providing moments of magic and individual brilliance – Cunha being one of them.
It was a fantastic assist from the Brazilian for Sarabia, and then an even better goal, the type of which Wolves fans saw several times from Neves during his six years at the club.
It was poetic to see Cunha score in such a way and Wolves fans will certainly hope to see the Portuguese make some more visits to Molineux this season if he can.
