The Chicago Bears are in the midst of an 8-game losing streak and, while it could certainly be worse, things feel just about as bad as they can get right now. This organization needs to make major changes come the offseason, and the fan base has very little reason to believe ownership and the front office will get things right.

Over on the East coast, a former Bears rival isn’t having too much fun either. But, at least Davante Adams gets to feel what it’s like to win a game in the past two months, as the New York Jets are coming off a victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Adams, of course, teamed up with another former Packers teammate in quarterback Aaron Rodgers, in a move the Jets figured would be able to right the ship. It hasn’t quite worked out for the Jets, but Adams isn’t ready to call it a career just yet.

In a recent interview with NFL analyst and personality Kay Adams, Davante acknowledged he doesn’t have a lot of years left in this league. But, one thing he won’t do? He wouldn’t dare play in Chicago.

“I have a crazy question for you,” Adams said. “Would you ever play for the Bears?”

“No … never,” he replied.

“Look, I’m not playing too much longer as it is, so on my last days in this league, after all I’ve been blessed with, I’m not going to Chicago … I respect I’ve played but, I’m not playing for the Bears,” Adams finished.
