Brentford head coach Thomas Frank has given a brief update on goalkeeper Mark Flekken, who went off injured in the first half of the Bees’ 0-0 draw with Brighton and Hove Albion on Friday night.
The Dutchman was replaced by Hákon Valdimarsson on 36 minutes, before the 23-year-old kept a clean sheet at the Amex.
Frank also spoke on Ben Mee, who came off injured in the second half of the stalemate.
The Bees boss revealed: “On both Flekken and Mee, we have no real update.
“We’ll know more tomorrow when we really assess them. Hopefully, the injuries aren’t too big.”
Frank added: “I was pleased to see the way Hákon played. He showed great composure, he was brave in his area, he was good in the build-up – it was very impressive.
“Him and Ji-soo Kim, on their Premier League debuts… I really enjoyed that. They came on and both showed that composure – I was very happy with that.”
