Leicester City injury latest ahead of Brentford clash as transfer eases worry..
Right-back James Justin was forced off in the first half in the 2-0 defeat to Arsenal and was seen wearing a protective boot, with the right-back to be assessed this week..
While Ruud van Nistelrooy would have hoped for more signings in the January transfer window, he will now be especially grateful for the one Leicester City did make.
Van Nistelrooy had to substitute right-back James Justin at the end of the first half of City’s 2-0 defeat to Arsenal on Saturday, and that saw £3m winter arrival Woyo Coulibaly brought on for his home debut.
Justin had received treatment on a foot injury he sustained midway through the first period but despite attempting to continue, he went down again just before the interval.

The England international then returned to the bench wearing a protective boot on his right foot. He will be assessed this week, with hopes that it’s not a repeat of a previous Achilles issue.
However, should Justin be ruled out for a sustained period, van Nistelrooy can take solace in the fact Coulibaly looks more than capable of helping the club’s survival bid.
In what was the Frenchman’s longest outing so far, he looked defensively strong, shutting down Raheem Sterling and making a match-leading six tackles and interceptions.
He also looked handy in possession too and played plenty of passes forward into the attackers’ feet.
Right now, Coulibaly will be favourite to make his first start for the club when City take on Brentford at the King Power Stadium on Friday night.
An update on James Justin’s fitness will be delivered on Wednesday afternoon, when van Nistelrooy sits down with the media to discuss the clash with Brentford.
If Justin is injured he joins two City players on the sidelines. Ricardo Pereira (hamstring) is not due back until March while Abdul Fatawu (knee) is out for the season.
