Ja Morant’s Reaction to Being Posterized by Jarrett Allen is Going Viral..

Ja Morant is known for his incredible athleticism and high-flying abilities on a basketball court. At just 25 years old, Morant already has a career highlight reel of poster dunks that rivals the best dunkers of all-time. While he has dunked on a wide variety of would be defenders, Morant most notably ‘posterized’ San Antonio Spurs center, Victor Wembanyama earlier this season. Morant’s poster dunk over Wembanyama may not have counted, but it is one of the more impressive feats of the year. On Sunday night, Morant got a taste of his own medicine. With the Memphis Grizzlies

taking on the Cleveland Cavaliers, Morant found himself on the wrong side of a Jarrett Allen poster dunk: While the dunk was impressive, it’s Morant’s reaction that is going viral. Most NBA players run and hide in shame after being ‘posterized’, but the only thing Morant could think to do was hug Allen and flash a huge smile. The and-one poster dunk by Allen put the Cavaliers up 118-109 with 2:54 left in the fourth quarter, but Morant’s instant reaction was to give Allen a giant hug and smile uncontrollably. The Cavaliers would go on to beat the Grizzlies 129-123, and still hold the best

record in the NBA (47-10). With the loss, the Grizzlies find themselves with the same record as the Denver Nuggets (37-20). While Morant was all smiles, despite being dunked on, he and the Grizzlies will look to bonce back from this loss in their next game against the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night.
