Carlos Corberan reveals “love” and “develop” claim for West Brom’s Callum Styles.
Head coach Carlos Corberan sees Callum Styles as a prospect Albion can continue to develop.
Styles was one of the Baggies’ summer buys as the versatile player was brought in for an undisclosed fee on a four-year deal from League One outfit Barnsley.
The Hungary international, who sees himself as a midfielder but has predominantly been used at left-back, had to bide his time for regular Albion action but has taken his chances in recent weeks as Corberan noted improvement with every performance.
West Brom struck gold with Matheus Pereira buy-out clause.
Brazilian attacker, Matheus Pereira, signed for West Bromwich Albion, initially on loan. However, after a successful stint at The Hawthorns, he triggered his buy-out clause – a development that would see the Baggies strike gold.
Wanted by West Brom and Watford: Underperforming Nigerian star set to return to England.

The 28-year-old joined Sevilla on a free transfer last summer after leaving Leicester City but has failed to make an impact in Spain.
Iheanacho, once a key player for Leicester, scored 61 goals and provided 34 assists in 232 appearances for the Foxes.

His goals were instrumental in helping the club win the FA Cup and Community Shield in 2021, as well as the EFL Championship in 2024. These achievements added to the Football League Cup he won with Manchester City in 2016.
However, since arriving at Sevilla, Iheanacho has struggled to find his form, failing to score in seven La Liga appearances.
His underwhelming performances have seen him fall out of favour, with the Nigerian missing Sevilla’s recent league matches against Rayo Vallecano and Osasuna.Watch live soccer online
Reports suggest he is actively seeking a move away from Sevilla as his time in Spain appears to be nearing an end.
Both West Brom and Watford are monitoring his situation closely, according to El Sevillista.
West Brom, currently seventh in the Championship, are pushing for promotion but have struggled in front of goal, scoring only 19 times in 18 games — fewer than any other team in the top 12.
Watford, sitting sixth, are also in the promotion race and are keen to add experience to their youthful attacking options, which include Kwadwo Baah, 21, and Rocco Vata, 19.
A return to England could provide Iheanacho with the fresh start he needs while offering the Championship contenders a proven scorer to bolster their promotion hopes.
