Ben Gibson came to Stoke City’s rescue as his stoppage-time equaliser prevented defeat at home to struggling Cardiff.
Narcis Pelach’s side had taken the lead through Andrew Moran who had pounced after Jak Alnwick had saved Million Manhoef’s shot.
Anwar El Ghazi levelled for the visitors and then took the lead when Gibson turned Chris Willock’s saved shot into his own net. But just as he did against Derby County earlier in the season, Gibson atoned for his error when he converted Lynden Gooch’s free-kick.
