Crystal Palace face Arsenal again on Saturday, although this time in the Premier League and at home. Elsewhere, Brentford face fast-starters Nottingham Forest, and Fulham take on Southampton.

Eze blow
Palace boss Oliver Glasner has confirmed the latest on Eberechi Eze ahead of Saturday’s clash with Arsenal. He said: “We have no one back yet, but we do have one more injury: Ebs is unavailable. He got a hit against Brighton on his foot. He played with quite a swollen foot at the Emirates and also got the next kick there, so he is not 100%.
“We need every player 100% so it makes sense, we decided that he gets a rest and hopefully he will be available for Bournemouth. It doesn’t look serious, but you have to wear the boots, kick the ball and it is painful, it is not that free in terms of movement. You always feel pain when you move and then you are thinking too much about this and can’t play how you can play. We need the best Eberechi Eze he can be and therefore he has to be fit like all the other players.”
Jamie Carragher has backed former Chelsea boss Graham Potter to replace Julen Lopetegui if the Spaniard is sacked by the Hammers over the coming weeks.
“It feels like a good fit [Potter to West Ham] in terms of where people were saying they wanted to take their game. Because Lopetegui isn’t that manager,” Carragher told Sky Sports. “It felt to me like they want their De Zerbi and Lopetegui isn’t that. I’m not sure it could’ve gone much worse.”
Nypan chase
Manchester United are said to be interested in a deal to sign Norwegian midfielder Sverre Nypan. According to The Boot Room, the Red Devils are keen to finally get a deal over the line having admired Nypan for some time.
The 17-year-old already has 50 outings at senior level for Rosenborg, and United are said to have watched him since he was 14. A deal for around £10million is being lined up for January, although he wouldn’t join until the summer when he turns 18.
