It’s Liverpool up next for Wolves and games don’t come too much harder.

The Reds have been superb this season and are currently top of the league.

But last night, they missed a chance to go nine points clear at the summit, with Everton scoring right at the death to make it 2-2 in the final Merseyside Derby ever at Goodison Park.

After the final whistle, chaos ensued and three red cards were issued to individuals from Liverpool.

After last night’s game, referee Michael Oliver brandished four red cards, with three of these going to individuals from Liverpool.

There was a flashpoint after Abdoulaye Doucoure celebrated in front of the travelling Liverpool fans.

Curtis Jones raced over and scrapped with Doucoure, unhappy with his antics. Both players received second yellow cards.
