Phil Parkinson finally speaks out on Paul Mullin and Ollie Palmer Wrexham roles after zero minutes in nine
Ollie Palmer and Paul Mullin have fallen heavily out of favour in the last few months at Wrexham.
Paul Mullin arrived at the Racecourse Ground in the summer of 2021, signing on a free transfer from Cambridge United.
Ollie Palmer followed through the door six months later, being pried away from AFC Wimbledon in January 2022.
Together, the duo went on to dominate the National League and help Wrexham secure promotion back into the EFL for the first time in 15 years.
The centre-forwards continued to impress in League Two as the Red Dragons won back-to-back promotions.
But less than 12 months later, Mullin and Palmer have had transfer interest and are no longer featuring for Phil Parkinson.

They have both scored just three league goals each in 2024/25, leading Wrexham to sign Jay Rodriguez and Sam Smith in January.
Neither long-time star has made a single appearance in League One during the club’s last nine fixtures.
