Suns Provide Bradley Beal Update Ahead of Celtics Game
The Phoenix Suns enter Wednesday’s home matchup against the Boston Celtics looking to extend their winning streak. Phoenix has won four consecutive games as they have climbed over the Dallas Mavericks for the final Play-In spot in the Western Conference. Of course, they will face off against a Celtics team that has been red-hot as they have won six consecutive games and nine of their last 10 contests. Ahead of Wednesday’s game,
the Suns made an announcement regarding the health of their star guard Bradley Beal. Phoenix announced that Beal will once again be sidelined on Wednesday due to a hamstring injury. Bradley Beal (hamstring) OUT Wednesday’s game vs. Celtics, Mike Budenholzer said Tuesday. Will be his 5th straight game out. #Suns — Duane Rankin (@DuaneRankin) March 25, 2025 Wednesday’s contest will mark the fifth consecutive game Beal has missed as he continues to recover from a left hamstring strain.
This is a massive blow to the Suns as Beal has been one of their best scorers this season. The 31-year-old guard is averaging 17.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.0 steals per game this season while shooting 50.5% from the field and 39.5% from three-point range.
