Leicester City Football Club just can’t get it together at the moment. Whether we are talking about on the pitch activities, off-field issues, incapable staff, poor or underperforming players – King Power Stadium is truly a mess at present. Even elements that are possibly not directly under the outfit’s control have gone wrong. The latest potential disaster appears to be yet another avoidable instance.
Embarrassingly for the east Midlanders, the Nigeria international couldn’t play against Legia Warsaw in a vital Europa League tie. Of course, at the heart of the matter was a silly (possibly on both ends including Poland with regard to a high profile sportsperson) situation, as is typical for City these days. The travel document’s appropriate accompanying information was absent.
Surely the club employ so-called player liason officers for this very reason. It is undoubtedly sad how poorly this great organisation is now handled; clearly disorganisation has been a long time coming. The entire group needs reshuffling and lots of LCFC staff must surely leave to help resolve the general disorder and lackadaisical mentality. Now a work permit problem might have reared its head on Filbert Way. It is said that one of our footballers might perhaps miss the rest of season. What’s occurring?
