Parkinson noted that it’s ‘quite a bad injury’ for Faal, and with just four games to go, a return in the coming weeks seems unlikely.
Faal has now taken to Instagram to share an update, posting a photo from a hospital bed whilst confirming he has undergone ’successful surgery’.
The Gambian striker is now looking forward to getting back fit and making an impact for Wrexham own the line.
