Tottenham Hotspur finally got just reward for a solid performance last time out, as Ange Postecoglou secured his second win of the Premier League campaign.
Dominic Solanke, James Maddison and Brennan Johnson were on the scoresheet for Spurs as they beat Brentford at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.
Ange Postecoglou‘s way of playing isn’t for everyone and even when winning he didn’t change his ways, but it worked out for the Lilywhites this time round.
Brennan Johnson has received plenty of criticism so far this season, but he silenced the doubters once again against Brentford as he grabbed his second goal in as many games.
Ian Wright has already had his doubts over Dominic Solanke after his injury and slow start to life at Spurs, so his goal will give him some much-needed confidence.

Cafu a big fan of Tottenham Hotspur loanee Emerson Royal
Emerson Royal joined AC Milan on a season-long loan in the summer transfer window.
The defender struggled to be consistent at Tottenham, often following up good periods with below par performances, but Yves Bissouma was sad to see Emerson Royal leave regardless.
Interestingly, things haven’t always been amazing for the Brazilian in Italy, as Royal was slammed for his performance against Lazio recently.
However, Brazilian legend Cafu likes what he has seen from the defender and believes he has a bright future, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Sport Witness).
“He’s very good and, even if he didn’t play much at Tottenham, I am convinced that he will do very well at Milan.
“He’s young and if he gets going, he can give a lot to the team because he has strength, determination and ‘garra’ [grit in Portuguese].”
Emerson Royal’s performances in numbers at AC Milan
Emerson Royal has made five appearances for AC Milan, which included a 20-minute cameo in the Champions League against Liverpool.
The defender put in his best performance of the season against Inter Milan this past weekend, winning 2-1. He made two clearances, two blocks, one interception, two tackles, six duels won, two key passes, and one big chance created.
Pedro Porro has made the right-back position his own at Spurs this season, so there’s definitely no immediate need for him back in England. And, Djed Spence has picked up his performances for the Lilywhites, and even grabbed a goal against Coventry recently.
