Indiana Fever Star Added to Injury Report for Sparks Game BY CHRIS PHELPS ATHLON SPORTS UPDATED SEPTEMBER 03, 2024 5:45 PM After defeating the Dallas Wings on Sunday, the Indiana Fever had a two-day break before their next game on Wednesday, September 4, against the Los Angeles Sparks. Over the last two games, the Fever have had a clean injury report with all players being available. But on Tuesday, that streak ended. According to IndyStar Sports writer Chloe Peterson, forward Temi Fagbenle was ruled questionable against Los Angeles with a right shoulder injury. Fagbenle has had her fair share of health issues throughout the 2024 WNBA
season. She initially suffered a foot injury on May 28, causing her to miss the next month. The former USC Trojans star returned on June 27 against the Seattle Storm. After three games, she suffered another injury, this time to her thumb, causing her to miss more time. Temi Fagbenle seems to have suffered a third injury this season, as she is questionable for tomorrow’s game with a right shoulder injury. She made her return in the Fever’s loss to the Minnesota Lynx and has played in five games since. In total, Fagbenle has missed 16 games this season, exactly half of Indiana’s schedule. In 19.3 minutes per game, Fagbenle has been a big factor off the bench when she is able to play, averaging 6.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and

Hopefully, this one won’t keep her out for long.
