Watford attacker Michael Adu-Poku has joined Solihull Moors on loan, as announced by the non-league side’s official website.
Watford have let the forward link up with the National League side to get some experience under his belt.
Adu-Poku, 19, is in line to make his debut for his new team this weekend as they prepare to face Barnet.
He has told their website: “I found it (first training session) good, the lads have been great and of course the quality in training is high. Andy (Whing) introduced me to himself, the coaching staff and I’m excited to get going.
“I like to say I’m very direct, take the ball forward and create opportunities for the team and help out as much as possible.”
He added: “I want to help push us up the league of course, help the team in any way they need. I’ve come in to do my best and show them what I can do at this level of football and hopefully get a few goals and assists to spur us on.”

Adu-Poku’s switch to Solihull Moors is a chance for him to get some regular game time to boost his development.

The Moors missed out on promotion to the Football League last season after losing in the play-off final to Bromley.

Watford have handed the youngster a new three-year deal running until 2027 which shows he is highly-rated by the Championship club.
He has been on the books of the Hornets for his whole career to date and has risen up through their academy ranks.

The prospect has been a regular for them at various different youth levels and has played twice for their first-team to date.
Adu-Poku has also been loaned out from Vicarage Road in the past to Kings Langley and Maidstone United.
What now?
Watford are back in action following the international break this weekend with an away trip to Kenilworth Road to face rivals Luton Town.
They won 2-1 at home to Middlesbrough last time out.
