Commanders’ Kliff Kingsbury Reveals Jayden Daniels’ Biggest Strength.

Washington Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels has been quite the attraction throughout training camp and the preseason. His very presence in and around the team have elevated the expectations of a team that is supposed to be in Year 1 of a rebuild. Recently, offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury explained the difference between Daniels off the field, and on it. “He’s a pretty laid-back chill cat, but when he steps on that field…he’s trying to rip your head off,”

Kingsbury said. “He’s talking trash to the DC and the DBs and everybody else, but it’s fun-natured. But that’s just watching him compete.” The reigning Heisman Trophy winner used to playing winning football, and he is looking forward to starting off his pro career the same way. Still, his confidence and swagger play into his trash talk. “When you’re out in practice, you don’t really see him really take off, and run, and things like that because we’re not tackling him,” Kingsbury

That will be a lot of fun for me to witness.” Daniels will lead his offense onto the field on Sunday as the Commanders open up against the Tamp Bay Buccaneers on the road.
