Hull City dealt injury blow regarding Brighton and Hove Albion loan man
Hull City goalkeeper Carl Rushworth could face up to 10 weeks on the sidelines after sustaining an ankle injury, according to a report by Football Insider.
Hull City landed the stopper on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion this past summer. He is yet to make an appearance for the Championship side though due to the form of Ivor Pandur.
Rushworth, 23, was given the green light to leave the Seagulls on a temporary basis again in the last transfer window to get some more experience under his belt. He spent the last campaign with Swansea City and caught the eye in Wales.
In this latest update regarding his situation, Football Insider claim he could be out of action until the New Year. He picked up an injury in training and may now be set for a spell on the sidelines.
Hull City brought in Rushworth to add more competition and depth to their goalkeeping department.
He is now poised to join fellow ‘keepers Timothee Lo-Tutala and Harvey Cartwright in the treatment room.
