If I’m returning any money, I’ll return the $96,400 to football charity not you – Davido to Amaju Pinnick

Award-Winning Nigerian singer David Adeleke professionally known as Davido drags former NFF president to filth while recalling how he misappropriated Nigerian footballers’ allowance.

Recall Intel Region had earlier reported that Amaju Pinnick called out Davido for refusing to perform at this year’s Warri Again festival despite allegedly receiving a payment of $94,600 and the organisers booking a private jet for him for $18,000.

Davido had earlier taken to his page on the X platform stating that he would hold back without speaking his mind on the issue while adding that nobody can stop him from performing anywhere in Nigeria.

However, hours later, he retired to his Instagram story where he lambasted Amaju Pinnick for embezzling funds paid to him by Fifa. Davido concluded by insisting that the refund for the show will go to charity instead of handing it to Amaju.

In a series of Instagram story posts, Davido wrote;
